The 2024 OTA Resident Advanced Case Controversies course will be held Thursday April 18 and Saturday, April 20 at the Hyatt Boston Harbor. The course will be presented in three separate small group modules, with ten residents and three experienced faculty educators per module. The modules will have a rapid-fire series of mini-lectures, an extensive open case-based discussion, video demonstrations of techniques, and hands-on skills lab exercises. NEW this year: Lunchtime talks, shared Welcome Reception with OTA Fellows and Fellows course faculty, Thursday evening talk on "Your Practice".

NEW this year: Breakfast & Lunchtime talks, shared Welcome Reception with OTA Fellows and Fellows course faculty, Thursday evening talk on "Your Practice". Modules will cover advanced trauma techniques among six topics:
- Diaphyseal
- Foot & Ankle
- Knee
- Pelvis/Acetabulum/Hip
- Upper Extremity
- Complications/Challenges
Target Audience: This course targets PGY4 - PGY5’s, but others who have completed the OTA Residents Comprehensive Fracture Course or equivalent and feel they will benefit are not excluded.

OTA is offering a limited amount of travel support for registered attendees. Attendees can receive $500 in travel support from the OTA after applying via this link and attending the Resident Advanced Case Controversies course. You must register for the course and apply for the travel support separately to qualify.
