Statement of Need/Description/or Summary of Gap Analysis
Many traumatologists have little to no exposure to the business side of orthopaedics during residency and fellowship. This creates a knowledge gap upon entering practice, as clinical success often depends on navigating the financial aspects of one’s job. The purpose of this webinar is to combine the experience of senior surgeons in various practice models to answer commonly asked questions and provide tips on establishing and continuing a productive career.
Instructional Format: Online on-demand webcast consisting of slides and audio.
Method of Participation: There are no fees for members to participate in this activity. Non-members must pay $40. To participate in the activity, physicians will be required to take the following steps:
- Read the learning objectives and faculty disclosures.
- Participate in the activity.
- Complete the activity evaluation.
- Participants who successfully complete the evaluation will receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
